Griselda is from Barcelona and has lived all over the world, during many years in China, she built a fashion brand in Shanghai inspired by Barcelona and the distinctive fashion boutiques of El Born. Griselda's professional journey includes executive roles with luxury fashion brands such as Burberry. Currently, she is actively involved in building a sports centre in Ghana, Africa. Griselda has thrived in Barcelona's top luxury agencies for the past eight years, cementing her status as a senior real estate agent. With a keen eye for exclusive opportunities, she excels in discovering off-market properties, aided by her exceptional networking abilities. Griselda is well-versed in serving clients from diverse backgrounds, including home owners, family offices, high net worth individuals, investors, and developers. Griselda is passionate about languages and speaks bi-lingual Spanish / Catalan and fluent English, French, Italian and a little Chinese.

Sofia is British, grew up in Tuscany, Italy and has been based in Barcelona for 20 years. She studied Russian and French at The University of Bath in England. Sofia worked for many years in International corporate event management for global brands traveling all over the world. She has been working in Barcelona's top luxury real estate agencies for the past 10 years selling property and building a network of international long-standing clients many of whom have become close friends. Sofia's passion lies in finding and presenting beautiful, one-of-a-kind properties to her discerning clientele, particularly historical apartments with an eye for stunning period conversions. Sofia also enjoys graphic design & writing. She loves Barcelona, has lived in the Mediterranean all her life and speaks bi-lingual Mother tongue English / Italian and highly fluent Spanish, French and Catalan.
